We developed a fully custom e-commerce platform powered by our proprietary 5Hz CMS — not based on Shopify, WooCommerce or any existing template.

The system allows complete content and storefront control: product management, category configuration, pricing, dynamic stock, delivery logic, media assets, promotional blocks, and customizable landing pages. Everything is editable from the admin panel with no developer required.

Customer Authentication: Magic Links + Passkeys

The project features a modern passwordless authentication system.

Users can log in or register using email-based Magic Links for frictionless onboarding, while returning clients can authenticate instantly via Passkeys using biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID). This dramatically improves login speed, increases return-user conversions, and eliminates password-related support requests.

Guest Orders & Persistent Tracking

We created a unique guest checkout architecture where every anonymous order receives a secure tracking token.

The buyer can follow delivery status and even complete payment later if it initially failed — without creating an account. After creating an account, all previous guest orders are merged automatically into their profile. This approach significantly increases payment recovery and builds customer trust.

Delivery & Checkout Logic

The platform includes advanced shipping logic with Nova Poshta integration: users can choose city, branch, parcel locker or courier delivery to an address.

The checkout supports deferred and real-time payment via LiqPay (credit card), as well as Pay-on-Delivery. The system also features 24-hour order reservation to prevent overselling and maintain price integrity.

The entire storefront and private user area are available in two languages — Ukrainian and English — with correctly localized UI and dynamic CMS-driven translations.

Each user has a personal profile with complete order history, invoice access, payment retry, and delivery progress. This creates a premium-quality post-purchase experience similar to Amazon-like standards.

We designed every visual detail of the platform, from typography and UI elements to responsive layouts and micro-interaction flow.

This project significantly improved operational efficiency for the store: reduced manual order processing, minimized failed payments, and decreased customer support load.
